MARINA WATER SYSTEM OPERATIONAL!
The Marina Water System was activated on Monday March 21st, and a repair was made to a broken water line under A Dock on Wednesday March 23rd.
MARINA PUMP OUT SYSTEM OUT OF COMMISSION!
The Marina Pump Out System appears to be a late-discovered casualty of the October 30, 2021, flood tide. The electric motor apparently had water infiltration that led to corrosion and motor seizure while inoperational over the winter months. A replacement motor has been ordered.
ICE EATERS DEPARTING!
The Marina and Ramp ice eaters are scheduled to be removed, pressure-washed and stored for the season on Friday March 25th by Blue Heron Property Services.
