PIERS & HARBOR COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE – NEW LOCATION!
The Piers & Harbor Committee will meet on Tuesday, January 9th, starting at 7:00 PM, at the Hillsmere House, 119 Great Lake Drive. Masks are optional.

2. Living Shoreline update:
-Project status and schedule.
3. New boat lifts update–assignments.
4. Slips Committee Report:
-Criteria for lift slip assignments.
-implementation of changes to Waiting Lists and Waiting List fees.
5. Security camera system update:
-work substantially completed by Custom Access & Security.
-repositioning cameras.
-monitoring.
6. Marina Operations:
-ice eaters.
-Electrical improvements.
-water and pump out systems winterization.
7. Dredging:
-application completed prior to 12/15/23.
-multiple locations.
-Duvall Creek channel markers.
-Kayak dock.
