PIERS & HARBOR COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE – NEW LOCATION!
The Piers & Harbor Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 14th, starting at 7:00 PM at the Hillsmere House, 119 Great Lake Drive. There are a limited number of chairs, so…PLEASE BRING A CHAIR, WITH NO-SCUFF FEET. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL.
Agenda items include:
| 1. | Living Shoreline update — Wetlands Permit status. |
| 2. | New boat lifts update–Installation progress and schedule. |
| 3. | Slips Committee Report: -Criteria for lift slip assignments. -offers for new lift slips. -implementation of changes to Wait Lists and Wait List fees. |
| 4. | Security camera system update: -work completed by Custom Access & Security. -fine-tuning camera views. -criteria and protocols for internet access and camera feed access. -system upgrades. |
| 5. | Marina Operations: -Dock board replacements, repairs. -Electrical repairs, issues, improvements. -water and pump out systems winterization. -ice eater preps and installation. |
| 6. | Dredging: -application due 12/15/23. -multiple locations. -Duvall Creek channel. -Kayak dock. |
